Trizod® OP polycarbonate is a transparent, UV (ultraviolet)-stabilized extrusion grade specially engineered for improved processing performance, including reduced plate-out and low smoke evolution at the die. It also offers improved flammability performance over Makrolon 3103 resin. Its UL94 rating* is V-2 at a thickness of 1.5 mm (0.059 in) and 3.0 mm (0.118 in) and V-0 at a thickness of 6.0 mm (0.236 in). Applications Makrolon 1804 resin can be used in applications requiring excellent impact strength, outstanding clarity, and UV resistance.
