Aerospace grade acrylic sheet is certified to meet or exceed Military Specification MIL-P-5425, “Plastic, Acrylic Sheet, Heat Resistant. Mil-P-5425 acrylic sheet is used in aerospace transparent enclosures in monolithic or laminated form. Other applications include wing tip lenses, dust covers or anywhere an optically superior acrylic sheet is needed.
